1. Introduction
Welcome to Supreme Pub Bar These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website supremepubbar.jp and any reservations, events, or services offered at our venue in Japan. By accessing our site or visiting our venue, you agree to these Terms.

2. Age & Entry
Entry and alcohol service are strictly for guests 20 years or older (Japan’s legal drinking age).
A valid photo ID may be required at entry and at any time during your visit.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or service at our discretion (e.g., intoxication, inappropriate conduct).

3. Reservations & Seating
Reservations may be required during peak hours or for private rooms.
We may hold reservations for up to 15 minutes past the booked time before releasing the table/room.
Minimum spend or time limits may apply to private rooms; details will be shown at booking/onsite.

4. Pricing, Payments & Service Charge
Prices are shown in Japanese yen and include applicable consumption tax unless otherwise stated.
We accept the payment methods displayed at the venue (cash/cards/wallets).
A cover charge, service charge, or room fee may apply; any such fees will be disclosed before order/booking.

5. Cancellations & No-Show
For standard bookings: cancel at least 2 hours before your reservation time to avoid fees.
For group or event bookings: a separate cancellation policy may apply (provided at the time of booking).
No-show or late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit (if any).

6. House Rules & Safety
No smoking except in designated areas (if any).
Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless approved in advance.
Please respect staff, other guests, property, and neighborhood quiet hours.
We may refuse service or ask guests to leave in case of harassment, aggressive behavior, or policy violations.

7. Alcohol Responsibility
We follow responsible service of alcohol and may decline further service if a guest appears intoxicated.
Do not drink and drive. Please arrange safe transport.

8. Allergies & Dietary Notes
Inform our staff of any allergies before ordering. We will take reasonable care but cannot guarantee a nut-free/gluten-free environment.

9. Personal Belongings & Liability
Guests are responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage except as required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by Japanese law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our venue or site.

10. Event/Private Room Terms
Setup, equipment, and time-overage charges (if any) will be agreed in advance.
Any damages to rooms/equipment may be billed to the booking party.

11. Website Use
You may not misuse the site (malware, scraping, unauthorized access, or illegal activities).
Content on the site (text, images, logos) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by IP laws. You may not reproduce without permission.
